Thomas grew up in Mesa, Arizona, as a 4th generation Arizonan. He has personally seen enormous growth and development of the Phoenix Valley area, especially in the East Valley areas. A great deal of his family still resides in Arizona. Thomas’s extensive business and professional background includes banking, 19 years of business ownership, sales, internet marketing, and of course real estate as a Broker / Owner. Over the past years he has successfully assisted numerous Arizona homeowners with complex real estate transactions such as Short Sales, Investor Market Condition projections and agent training while continuing to implement cutting edge integration of emerging technologies into his real estate practice.

WHY I BECAME A REAL ESTATE AGENT

“Around 2009, I became increasingly concerned for families who were struggling to hold onto their homes. With the economic meltdown as part of the crashing of the real estate market in 2007, came a flurry of ever changing and evolving recovery and assistance programs. These programs were designed to not only assist homeowners and families in distress, but to also provide incentives for buyers and investors to purchase homes that rapidly came onto the market from an ever increasing number of families who could no longer pay their mortgages. This turbulent and rapidly deteriorating Arizona real estate market had way too few real estate agents willing and prepared to work with families on some of the new constructive solutions such as Short Sales vs Foreclosures. Most agents and brokers at that time had an attitude of just waiting it out. They did not want to get into the difficulty of helping people navigate and negotiate Short Sales. That is when I decided to became a real estate agent in order to help families with complex and difficult Short Sales rather than watch families fall apart during this crisis that ended up running a number of years.” I soon became a Broker in 2013 and opened my own Agency in order to further promote the core values and influences that inspire me by selecting like minded agents to join me.
