PERSONAL

Thomas grew up in Mesa, Arizona, as a 4th generation Arizonan. He has personally seen enormous growth and development of the Phoenix Valley area, especially the East Valley areas. A great deal of his family still resides in Arizona. Thomas’s unique, extensive business and professional background includes Banking, 19 years of Business Ownership, Sales, Internet Marketing, and of course Real Estate as an Agent and now Broker. Over the past few years he has successfully assisted numerous Arizona Homeowners with complex Real Estate transactions such as Short Sales, Investor Market Condition projections, Agent training, and cutting edge integration of emerging technologies into his Real Estate practice. 

Thomas also embraces outdoor activities and fund raising events. “I enjoy numerous activities such as Wakeboarding, Mountain Biking, Hiking, and Running. Arizona provides a paradise of outside activities and cultural events. A number of events I participate in are designed to raise funds for great charitable programs such as defraying medical expenses for critically ill children, or to find a cure for cancer.
PF Chang’s Rock & Roll Marathon and London’s Run (all 7 years!), are two that I have especially supported over the years.”

WHY I BECAME A REAL ESTATE AGENT

“Around 2009 I became increasingly concerned for families who were struggling to hold onto their homes. With the economic melt down and crashing of the Real Estate market in 2007, came a flurry of ever changing and evolving recovery and assistance programs. These programs were designed to not only assist home owners and families in distress, but also to provide incentives for buyers and investors to purchase homes that came on the market from an increasing number of families who could no longer pay their mortgages. This turbulent and rapidly deteriorating time had way too few Agents willing to compassionately and helpfully engage in assisting families with some of the new constructive solutions such as Short Sales. Many Agents’ and Brokers’ attitudes were to just wait it out as they did not want to get into the difficulty of helping people navigate and negotiate a Short Sale. That is when I decided I needed to do something! So I became an Agent in order to help families with complex and difficult Short Sales rather than watch families fall apart during this crisis that ran on for a number of years to come.

Later I became a Broker and opened my own Agency in order to further promote those values and core influences that inspired me to embark on a New Kind of Realtor path.”

Thomas also believes every Client is unique and requires a high level of professional involvement to determine the best interests of that Client and how to best protect their interest in pursuing their Real Estate needs. Sometimes Thomas has had to say “NO, it is a bad idea!”  This is because Thomas will always seek the best solutions for his Clients while making himself highly available and quickly responsive.  This is a level of service he take svery seriously, and infuses in the Culture of Thomas Jambor Realty Solutions.”

CONTINUING EDUCATION

To stay abreast of the rapid and ongoing changes of rules, laws, and programs in the Real Estate industry, Thomas makes time to attend necessary courses, clinics, and seminars to maintain and enhance his knowledge on relevant Real Estate issues and practices.

The Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) mandates that all License holders take 30 credit hours of specific Continuing Education courses every 2 years as a qualifier for renewing a License, which only has a 2 year active time before a renewal is required. Thomas also attends many additional Seminars and Clinics that are not used for Continuing Education and therefore will not show up in the ADRE listings.
